The biogas produced in the anaerobic fermentation process contains about 55% CH4 and 45% CO2, as well as a small amount of H2S, H2O and other gas components. Through separation and purification, CH4 concentration can be increased to more than 95%, and the product gas meeting the relevant national natural gas standards can be prepared. The separation and purification system of biogas filtration equipment is divided into two parts: pretreatment and membrane separation. The pretreatment part includes multi-stage filter, cold dryer, heat exchanger, etc., which can filter the solid impurities in the biogas to 0.01 μ m away from the dew point, and adjust the gas to the appropriate temperature for the operation of the membrane separation equipment; the membrane separation part uses the different dissolution and diffusion rates of various gas components in the polymer membrane, so under the effect of the differential pressure on both sides of the membrane, the gas components permeate The separation of specific gas components can be realized by the different rate through the fiber membrane wall.
In biogas, H2S, CO2, etc. are "fast gas", separated through the membrane, and CH4 is "slow gas", which is collected as product gas.
