working principle:
When the liquid passes through the filter, the particle impurities are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, accumulating to form a filter cake, which gradually increases the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches a default value (150kPa), it means that the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, at this time, the filterable flow of the filter element becomes smaller and smaller, the controller starts the backwash action, and the liquid reverses from the inside to the outside of the filter element Flow, take away the impurities on the surface, use the reverse flow of filter fluid to wash the filter cake on the outer surface of the filter element. When backwashing, the controller switches over a group of valves of the filter to be backwashed, that is, close its inlet valve, then open the drain valve, a part of the liquid of the filter fluid flows reversely to backwash the filter, quickly remove the filter cake on the surface of the filter element, and discharge the residual liquid into the sewage collection pipeline, Then close the blowdown valve, open the inlet valve and return to the normal filtering state.

Other circular candle tube filters do not have a lifting pipe, so the compressed air passing through the cake layer will drain from the upper part, and the filter cake at the lower part will mix into the residual filtrate and drain. Therefore, it is impossible to filter and discharge the filter cake.
U-fc-j new pulse filter, put in more backwash liquid than the capacity of the riser, and then quickly send compressed air to the riser. The backwash liquid will rise to the upper part of the filter element due to the effect of air pressure rise, so as to effectively backwash. For other filters without riser, even if backwashing liquid is put into the filter element, it cannot be injected into the upper part of the filter element. After that, even if the compressed air is fed, the lower part of the filter element can only be cleaned. Moreover, the compressed air will gradually drain from the upper part, and the better backwashing effect will not be obtained.
