Efficient separation of impurities as small as 5 μ M
CLC series condensers / separators with unique two-stage design can remove 99% of solid particles and liquid impurities larger than 5 microns, while standard first-stage filters can only remove particles larger than 10 microns. The separation effect of this kind of high-efficiency and unique coaceror / separator is far superior to any other centrifugal, cyclone, turbine and impeller separators, and it will not be worn or damaged due to no moving parts.

Two stage design
There are two working stages for the unique coalescer / separator. The first stage is the condensation stage, and the smaller droplets enter the special metal mesh demisting pad on the container. The function of the liner is to increase the size of the droplet as it passes through to remove the larger droplet from the demisting liner and enter the second separation stage. In this case, the droplets are centrifuged to the outer wall of the separator and flow to the bottom through a unique drainage plate. VCP baffle can ensure that the separated liquid impurities will not form secondary pollution.
Easy maintenance
Maintenance requires only inspection, cleaning or replacement of new demisting pads. It can be easily done by opening the quick opening fuselage closing device or fuselage flange.
All gas / liquid separators can be customized with carbon steel or stainless steel structure and adopt two-stage coaceror / separator design and flange connection. The separator can adopt ASME Code steel seal.
