Multi-function self-cleaning filter

• U - ZC - D series multi-function self-cleaning filter is researched and developed based on U - ZC auto filter. It's suitable for harsh conditions where there are various types of impurities. The design is multi-functional and structrued. The cleaning component uses sucking or scraper. It's able to clean impurities adsorbed on the filter element surface very effectively.

  When the filter pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter mesh reaches the default values or the regular cleaning switch reaches the preset time, the system starts the self-cleaning process.

  The whole cleaning process is completed by a scraper device and a vertical sucking scanner. When the scraper shave away the adsorbed impurities, sucking scanner aborbs them which are then delivered to the drain valve through the connecting pipes.

  Features and properties:

  Filter shell can use carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lining plastic, four fluorine lining;

  A filter core can adopt stainless steel, dual phase steel, hartz alloy;

  Filtration precision suitable for 25 mm to 500 mm;

  Filters can be applied to contain critical condition, can meet the demands of BT4 \ CT4.
