Working principle:
The mixture of oil, gas and water enters into the pre degassing chamber at a high speed, and a large amount of associated gas of crude oil is separated by cyclonic separation and gravity. After pre degassing, the mixture of oil and water enters into the distributor and water washing chamber at a high speed through the diversion pipe, and then it is washed and demulsified in the active water layer containing demulsifier for steady flow, reducing the Reynolds coefficient of the incoming liquid, and then flows into the settling separation chamber for further settling and separation after coalescence and rectification. The crude oil is degassed The separator is turned over to enter the oil chamber, metered by the flowmeter, and then flows out of the separator after control. The water phase enters the water chamber through the conduit through the pressure balance, so as to achieve the purpose of oil gas water three-phase separation.
