On November 16, the 350000t / a gas-phase polypropylene plant of Zhongtian hechuang coal deep processing demonstration project was successfully started once, and qualified granular materials were successfully produced.
350000 T / a gas phase polypropylene plant was successfully handed over on May 26, 2016. At 16:00 on November 12, the catalyst filter entered the unit, the first reactor discharged at 3:00 on November 13, and the extruder was started successfully on the afternoon of November 14. After the stable operation of the first reactor and extrusion granulation system for one day, the gas lock system and the second reactor were started on the 15th, and the second reactor discharge was successfully welcomed on the afternoon of the 16th, the first start-up was successful, and the whole process was opened.
At 23:15 on October 21, Zhongtian hechuang 350000 T / a polypropylene (first-line) unit successfully opened the polymerization section and powder conveying process, and the polypropylene powder produced entered the intermediate silo.
The 350000t / a gas-phase polypropylene plant of Zhongtian hechuang coal deep processing demonstration project adopts the process technology improved on the basis of Sinopec's second-generation ring pipe polypropylene technology, mainly based on the N, DQ and nd catalyst systems, adopts the series double ring pipe reactor to produce polypropylene homopolymer and random copolymer products, and the combination of double ring pipe reactor and gas-phase reactor to produce impact copolymer products Production line.
The total investment of Zhongtian hechuang Ordos coal chemical project is about 60 billion yuan. The main construction contents include 25 million tons of coal mine (including coal preparation plant), 3.6 million tons of methanol plant, 1.37 million tons of olefin and its supporting thermal power plant project, water transmission pipeline, self provided railway special line and other projects. The project adopts s-mto technology jointly developed by Sinopec refining engineering and Sinopec. After six years of preparation and three years of construction, Zhongtian hechuang coal deep processing demonstration project will produce qualified methanol on September 24, 2016.
Zhongtian hechuang Ordos coal chemical project is jointly constructed by China Coal Energy Co., Ltd., China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Shenneng Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Manshi Coal Group Co., Ltd. Equity ratio: 38.75% of China coal energy, 38.75% of Sinopec, 12.5% of Shanghai Shenneng and 10% of Inner Mongolia Manshi coal
