Shenhuaning coal 4 million tons of coal to oil to produce diesel!

At 3:06 a.m. on December 18, 2016, the precision filter unit of the coal to oil synthetic oil plant of Shenhua Ningxia coal 4 million T / a coal to oil project introduced stable heavy oil, and the qualified diesel oil was produced at 8:00 a.m. after several conditions adjustment.
At 22:16 on December 5, the first series of Fischer Tropsch reactors of Shenhua Ningxia coal 4 million tons / year coal to oil filter unit synthetic oil plant began to feed, and the Fischer Tropsch light oil and stable heavy oil were produced on December 6, the stable wax was produced at 15:18 on December 9, and the qualified wax was produced at 23:03, which provided a stable raw material supply for the further hydrofining and cracking unit to produce blended oil.
The synthetic oil plant is the core part of the 4 million tons / year indirect coal liquefaction project of Shenhua Ningmei group. It is located in the northwest of the plant and covers an area of 45.45 hectares. The main function is to convert the fresh syngas from the filtering device and purification device into blending diesel, naphtha, LPG and other products. The construction scale is 4.052 million tons of oil products per year, including 2.733 million tons of blended diesel, 983000 tons of naphtha and 336000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas. The process unit mainly includes 2 production lines of oil synthesis unit, 1 set of oil processing and 1 set of tail gas treatment and filtration system. It mainly adopts the high temperature slurry bed F-T synthesis process of Zhongke synthetic oil Technology Co., Ltd., primary hydrofining technology and single-stage full cycle hydrocracking technology.
Shenhua Ningmei 4 million T / a coal to liquid project is located in Ningdong energy and chemical base of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The project was started in September 2013. In September 2016, the coal to liquid project held a series of Engineering intermediate delivery ceremony. In October, the project was fully prepared for feeding. On December 5, the feeding test run was successful. Shenhuaning coal 4 million tons coal to oil project converts 20.36 million tons of coal annually and produces 4.052 million tons of synthetic oil annually. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 55 billion yuan.
