Signing of gas supply cooperation intention of Shaanxi 4 million tons coal to oil project

On December 19, Yankuang Group Company and AP company of the United States signed the letter of intent for cooperation in Shaanxi future energy Yulin coal indirect liquefaction phase I follow-up project, and the two sides will continue to expand cooperation in the follow-up project of coal to oil.
On December 6, 2011, future energy signed a long-term gas supply procurement contract with AP company of the United States. AP company has built the world's largest air separation filtration device in Yulin, Shaanxi Province for the future energy coal to oil project. The two sides said that they will continue to establish close cooperative relations in the coal to oil project, take advantage of their respective advantages in their respective fields, strengthen the specialized management of project construction and system operation, reduce investment costs and operational risks, promote the implementation of coal to oil follow-up projects, continue to expand the scope and depth of cooperation in the coal to oil follow-up projects, and promote project construction.
Sun Qiwen, vice general manager of Yankuang Group, chairman and general manager of future energy, and Philip, vice president of AP Asia, respectively signed the letter of intent on behalf of the two companies.
Yankuang Group Yulin coal liquefaction base with an annual output of 10 million tons, the first step of the first phase of the demonstration project of indirect coal liquefaction with an annual output of 1 million tons, opened the whole process on August 23, 2015, and produced high-quality oil products. The front-end coal gasification of Yankuang Group has its own intellectual property rights of coal water slurry gasification technology, and the back-end Fischer Tropsch synthesis has its own intellectual property rights of high and low temperature Fischer Tropsch synthesis technology advantages. With the completion and operation of a million ton coal liquefaction demonstration plant, Yankuang Group will further form its industrial advantages.
The feasibility study report of the follow-up project of the first phase of indirect liquefaction of energy coal in the future has been basically completed by Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. At the same time, the preparation of environmental impact assessment report has been launched and undertaken by China Huanqiu contracting & Engineering Corporation. The bidding for the preparation of water resources demonstration report of the project is in progress.
In the future, the follow-up project of the first phase of indirect liquefaction of energy coal is planned to build 4 million tons / year coal indirect liquefaction project and supporting 10 million tons / year coal mine project. The 4 million T / a indirect coal liquefaction project has a large scale, which consists of 2 million T / a low-temperature Fischer Tropsch synthesis device, 2 million T / a high-temperature Fischer Tropsch synthesis device, 100000 t / a Pao, 500000 T / a ethylene and propylene separation filter system, 3.3 million T / a hydrogenation, 2 million T / a hydroisomerization, 300000 t / a aromatization, 800000 T / a circulating fluidized bed aromatization, 100000 t / a alkylation And 100000 t / a MTBE and other downstream refined oil processing units, with more than 20 product categories, including gasoline, diesel, aviation coal, lubricating base oil, solvent oil, ethylene, propylene, n-hexene, n-octene, Pao, etc.
