China Coal Yuanxing energy water treatment project is about to be completed and put into operation

Recently, it is reported that the second phase of the comprehensive water treatment and filtration system project of China Coal Yuanxing energy nalinhe Industrial Park will be completed and put into operation. The project started construction in May 2016, and now has completed an investment of 185548100 yuan, 90% of the budget.
It is reported that the comprehensive water treatment and filtration system of nalinhe Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Inner Mongolia Zhongmei Yuanxing Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. and the plant site is located in nalinhe Industrial Park, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the methanol project is mainly used for advanced treatment of high concentrated brine discharged from the outside, and the "zero" discharge of sewage is finally realized.
The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is the reduction project, which was started in July 2015. The project was completed and put into operation on November 23 of the same year. The main construction contents include the pretreatment unit and desalination unit, the designed daily treatment of mine water is 24000 cubic meters, the chemical concentrated salt water is 5000 cubic meters, and the produced water is 23352 cubic meters. The second phase is the evaporation crystallization project, and the main construction contents include the pretreatment unit , concentration unit and crystallization unit, the design daily treatment of the first phase project is 4800 cubic meters of concentrated brine, 4560 cubic meters of water, 280 tons of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 19.44 tons of sodium chloride and 12 tons of miscellaneous salt. The main process adopts pretreatment, concentration and crystallization. The second phase of the project is EPC contracted by Shandong Liaocheng beijiete environmental protection engineering design Co., Ltd.
The nalinhe Industrial Park in Ordos was established in 2005 with the approval of the people's Government of Ordos City. The park is located at the junction of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi in the south of Wushen Banner, with a control area of 65 square kilometers, a planned construction area of 24.1 square kilometers and a completed area of 12 square kilometers. The park is built on the basis of the nalinhe mining area, with rich water, coal and natural gas resources and 34.2 billion tons of coal reserves. Up to now, there are 12 projects in the park, with a total investment of 56.5 billion yuan and a total investment of 24.9 billion yuan.
At present, five projects have been put into operation, namely, the second purification plant of Changqing Oilfield (annual purification and export of natural gas 2.5 billion m3), the annual output of 200000 tons LNG project of Ordos Xingxing Energy Co., Ltd., the first phase of 600000 tons coal to methanol project of Inner Mongolia Zhongmei Yuanxing Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., the first phase of 500000 tons synthetic ammonia and 800000 tons urea project of Inner Mongolia Boda Field Chemical Co., Ltd., and Wushen Banner One million tons of waste slag comprehensive utilization cement grinding station project of Liwei building materials Co., Ltd.
There are 7 key projects to be continued, including 1.6 billion cubic meters of syngas supporting raw coal quality separation, clean and efficient utilization project of Shaanxi coal group Inner Mongolia Jianfeng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., 1.2 million tons of coal to methanol project of Inner Mongolia Zhuozheng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., 1 million tons of blast furnace injection materials and 200000 tons of tar hydrogenation project of Ordos Chengfeng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia er 4.8 million tons of green blowing material 480000 tons of tar hydrogenation project of doslianhai Chemical Co., Ltd., 8 million tons of coal mine project of Mengda Mining Co., Ltd., salt alkali coal based multi production project of Inner Mongolia Boyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., and in-depth comprehensive water treatment project of Hongyu water resources comprehensive utilization Co., Ltd. of Wushen Banner.
