Standard natural gas filter

• It is a good practice to protect the pressure regulator, valve and positive displacement instrument from the solid particles existing in the gas in the gas decompression and metering device. Filters are used for this purpose
  To meet the needs of all devices, they are manufactured in different types and sizes. They are equipped with nuts to assemble several parts for easy operation. The structure of the filter is very strong and easy to install and maintain.

  Operation principle

   

  (A)the dirty gas enters into the filter chamber, through swirl and collision, the heavier rust, scale and other pipeline particles fall off from the air flow, thus prolonging the service life of the filter element.
  (B)the gas passes through the filter element from the outside to the inside, and the finer particles are intercepted on the surface and deeper layer of the filter element.

  Standard natural gas can be configured in vertical or horizontal, single barrel. The filter upper cover can be full diameter or reduced diameter, or bolt or quick opening design.

  Filter element introduction:

   

  UNITEThe filter element is made of tightly packed fiberglass and externally knitted wound cotton. Each filter element is reinforced by a metal gasket with holes.
  The guide rods are installed on the guide rods in the container, which are welded to the flower plate of the shell, sealed and fixed by the gasket and the handrail.
  Filter cartridge replacement
