Recently, the technical assessment meeting of the environmental engineering assessment center of the Ministry of environmental protection of the people's Republic of China on the environmental impact report of the Mengxi coal to natural gas export pipeline project was held in Beijing, and finally passed the review of the expert group. This means that there is little suspense about the EIA application of Mengxi coal to natural gas export pipeline project passing, only to be finally confirmed and approved by the Ministry of environmental protection of the people's Republic of China.
The filtration system of Mengxi coal to natural gas export pipeline is invested and constructed by CNOOC. The proposed filter of Mengxi coal-fired natural gas export pipeline will transport the coal-fired natural gas in Ordos, Inner Mongolia and Datong, Shanxi to the "public channel" in Beijing Tianjin Hebei and Bohai rim. It is reported that this will be the first Trans provincial long-distance natural gas pipeline owned by CNOOC.
In the upstream of Mengxi coal to natural gas export pipeline, the coal to natural gas filtration units are mainly concentrated in the west of Inner Mongolia and Datong area of Shanxi Province. The five coal to gas systems include CNOOC Ordos coal to gas, CNOOC Datong coal to gas, new Mongolia Energy Ordos coal to gas, Hebei Construction Ordos coal to gas and Northern control energy coal to gas. Among them, CNOOC Shanxi Datong coal to gas and North control energy coal to gas projects have been approved by EIA.
The Mengxi coal to natural gas export pipeline project starts from the first station of Hangjin Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and passes through 9 urban areas of 4 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, including Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shanxi Province, Hebei Province and Tianjin city. The total length of the trunk pipeline is 1279 kilometers, starting from the first station of Hangjin Banner in Inner Mongolia, passing through Shanxi, Hebei and Tianjin, and ending in Huanghua City, Cangzhou. The project is mainly composed of line engineering, process station and auxiliary supporting engineering. The line project includes 1 trunk line, 2 injection branch lines, 1 off load branch line, 1 connecting line and gas plant.
The main pipeline starts from the first station of Hangjinqi in Inner Mongolia, passes through Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei and Tianjin, and ends at Huanghua terminal station in Huanghua City, Hebei Province, with a total length of about 1022km; the injection branch pipeline includes the large road injection branch pipeline, with a length of about 36km; the Zuoyun injection branch pipeline, with a length of about 34km; the distribution branch pipeline is Langfang Branch pipeline, with a length of about 84km; the connecting line It is CNOOC Tianjin LNG connecting line with a length of about 88km; the total length of the injection pipeline from Dalu gas plants to Dalu initial station, Zuoyun gas plant to Zuoyun initial station and Qingyun group gas plant to Tuoketuo injection off load station is about 15km.
