HPU & TUTA product is the key equipment of the underwater production control system of offshore oil exploitation, which has the characteristics of high technology content, wide range of fields, complex design and high risk. Among them, HPU is the hydraulic power unit, which mainly provides the actual demand pressure for the underwater production system; TUTA is the upper umbilical terminal assembly, which mainly provides the interface between the electrical, optical fiber, hydraulic and liquid filtering equipment and the umbilical. Prior to that, HPU & TUTA technology in China has been dependent on foreign imports, which is not only expensive, but also seriously restricts the localization of the underwater production system of oil and gas exploitation in China.
