Recently, the HPU & TUTA product developed by Chongqing Qianwei Technology Group Co., Ltd. has emerged from two powerful foreign companies with the advantages of the best technology, the best scheme, the best effect and the highest cost performance. It won the bid of Wenchang oil and gas field of CNOOC at one stroke, not only realizing the company's underwater production system in the offshore oil engineering equipment industry In addition, it breaks the long-term monopoly of foreign technology on our country and fills in the technical gap of this industry in China.
HPU & TUTA product is the key equipment of the underwater production control system of offshore oil exploitation, which has the characteristics of high technology content, wide range of fields, complex design and high risk. Among them, HPU is the hydraulic power unit, which mainly provides the actual demand pressure for the underwater production system; TUTA is the upper umbilical terminal assembly, which mainly provides the interface between the electrical, optical fiber, hydraulic and liquid filtering equipment and the umbilical. Prior to that, HPU & TUTA technology in China has been dependent on foreign imports, which is not only expensive, but also seriously restricts the localization of the underwater production system of oil and gas exploitation in China.
Since 2009, avant-garde science and technology has been focusing on the national marine power strategy, through the implementation of deep integration of military and civil, committed to the research and development, production and service of underwater wellhead equipment, Christmas tree, control system and supporting installation tools, and provided filtering system solutions for the oil and gas energy industry. In July 2016, HPU & TUTA products completed the design scheme and engineering prototype manufacturing, and passed the fat factory acceptance test and DNV review, becoming the first and only enterprise in China to realize the localization of this product.
