Commencement ceremony of natural gas and other projects

On March 28, Shaliu resource comprehensive utilization project of Inner Mongolia Qingyan Shaliu Industrial Engineering Technology Center Co., Ltd. and Zhengtai Yida natural gas comprehensive development and utilization project (phase I) of Inner Mongolia Zhengtai Yida new energy Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Industrial Park of Ordos were started.
It is understood that the total construction scale of the comprehensive development and utilization project of coalbed methane in Zhengtai Yida Jiangsu Industrial Park is 600 × 104nm3 of raw gas per day. The project will be constructed in two phases. In the first phase, a 300 × 104nm3 liquefied coal bed methane filtering device and related supporting facilities will be constructed and serviced by Hangzhou Zhongtai Cryogenic Technology Co., Ltd. and it is expected to be put into operation in 2018. In the second phase, a 300 × 104nm3 liquefied coal bed methane filtering device and related LCBM gas station will be added on the basis of the first phase 。 The product is liquefied coal bed methane, the by-product is liquid helium, and the storage scale is two 30000 m3 LCBM atmospheric storage tanks; in addition, a set of helium extraction device is included.
Inner Mongolia Qingyan Shaliu Industrial Engineering Technology Center Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of a Shaliu profile production line with an annual output of 15000 m3, and introduced a wooden house production line with an annual output of 30000 m2 in Germany; the second phase invested 660 million yuan to build a Shaliu profile production line with an annual output of 100000 m3. By the end of February 2017, the feasibility study report, energy assessment and environmental assessment have been approved for the 15000 m3 Salix project, and the project filing is in progress. The foundation transformation of the plant is in progress in an orderly manner, and the equipment of Shaliu profile production line, modification workshop and pressing workshop has been basically installed and entered the commissioning stage. It is expected to start trial production in April.
The goal is clear, the promotion measures are specific, and the development blueprint of key projects of major projects in Yiqi can be drawn in one stroke.
In 2017, Yiqi listed 40 key projects with a total investment of 114.488 billion yuan, 22 new projects and 18 continuing projects at the municipal level, with a total investment of 32.954 billion yuan by the end of 2016 and a planned investment of 13.764 billion yuan this year. As of March 28, a total of 21 projects were started and resumed, with an overall start-up and resumption rate of 52.5%. The investment completed in this year is 1.466 billion yuan.
In 2017, there are 20 key projects planned to be started in spring in Yiqi, including 12 key projects with a value of more than 100 million yuan at the municipal level, 6 key projects with a value of more than 100 million yuan at the national level, 2 key projects with a total investment of 49.02 billion yuan and 4.04 billion yuan in 2017. At present, 11 projects of Inner Mongolia Shaliu Industrial Engineering Technology Center Co., Ltd., linsha industrial project, Tianjiao e-commerce comprehensive service platform project, honghaizi zhanggangtu river ecological recycling water quality improvement and utilization project, and Hongqinghe coal mine water advanced treatment project have been started.
Next, the construction of haileshao coal transportation station and supporting facilities of Ordos taiyiheng Coal Co., Ltd., the coal transportation project of Shengyuan coal transportation and marketing company, the biomass fuel project of Inner Mongolia Jitai New Energy Development Co., Ltd., the sealed water filtration system project, and the tourism infrastructure project are scheduled to be inaugurated before March 31 In spring, there are 15 projects to be started and resumed, with 75% of the projects to be started and resumed
