Recently, the Shanxi Lu'an high sulfur coal clean utilization oil chemical electrothermal integration demonstration project undertaken by the Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Chemical Engineering passed the intermediate handover organized by the construction unit successfully. At present, purging of 5.0mpa medium pressure steam and nitrogen pipeline has been started on site to prepare for linkage commissioning of the device.
The coal gasification unit of the project adopts shell dry coal pressure gasification technology, with raw coal processing capacity of 3000 tons / day. The coal gasification frame of the coal gasification unit is 123 meters high, with 16 floors in total. The concrete frame structure is below 42 meters and the steel frame structure is above 42 meters. From the perspective of coal gasification frame height and installation workload, coal gasification unit of Lu'an project is the most difficult chemical project in China at present. Huisheng Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. implements EPC for coal gasification frame (Ⅲ, Ⅳ Series) installation project, and Jiangsu Branch of China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. is responsible for the installation of the project.
The project is located in Wangqiao Industrial Park, Xiangyuan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. It is invested and constructed by Shanxi Lu'an Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. It is a key project to tackle the key problems of the 12th Five Year Plan of China and implement the industrial structure transformation in Shanxi Province. The project takes high sulfur, high ash and high ash melting point coal as raw materials, adopts shell dry powder coal gasification process, and realizes the technical breakthrough of the world's first powder coal gasifier with a single capacity of 3000 tons / day. At the same time, the technology of Zhongke synthetic oil iron-based high-temperature slurry bed f-t synthetic oil with full independent intellectual property rights is adopted, and a single 500000 ton reactor ranks first in the world.
The first phase of Lu'an high sulfur coal clean utilization oil chemical electrothermal integration demonstration project is to build a 1 million T / a iron-based slurry bed Fischer Tropsch synthesis and oil processing industry demonstration device, with the construction scale of 1 million T / a oil products and chemicals, 108 MW self-contained waste heat generator set, and the main construction contents are: coal gasification device, filter device, purification device, Fischer Tropsch synthesis device, oil processing device, surplus Thermal power plant and supporting utilities; 800000t / a cobalt based Fischer Tropsch wax processing industrial demonstration plant will be built in phase II.
